Refund policy
Telesé Bundles does not accept returns. We only offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Hair must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and uncolored.
- Items must be returned in it’s original packaging
- Clear photos must be emailed for review prior to approval

Any hair showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchanges will not be granted for shipping delays, dissatisfaction with curl or wave patterns(as raw hair naturally varies), or buyer's remorse.
Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Our raw hair bundles begin the sourcing process immediately upon payment confirmation.
